KEYPASS Drive may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, account details, driver’s license information for verification, host profile information, vehicle listing information, vehicle photos, trip photos, messages, support requests, and booking details. We may also collect payment-related information through payment processors, trip data, device/browser data, IP address, cookie data, and location information when enabled by the user or required for platform functionality.

We use your information to operate the platform, process bookings, process payments, verify guest and host identity, manage accounts, support vehicle listings, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, send transactional emails, provide customer support, improve the platform, enforce our terms, comply with legal requirements, and protect guests, hosts, and the KEYPASS Drive marketplace.

Transactional emails may include booking confirmations, payment receipts, trip updates, support replies, verification notices, cancellation notices, refund updates, host notifications, and important account messages.

KEYPASS Drive does not sell your personal data. We share information only as needed to operate the platform, process payments, complete trips, comply with law, and protect users.

Information may be shared with:

• Payment processors such as Stripe
• Identity or driver verification services
• Email and notification providers
• Hosting, database, analytics, and security providers
• Law enforcement or government agencies when legally required
• Other users only as necessary to complete a trip, such as sharing pickup details after booking confirmation

We do not publicly expose private user data, payment data, driver’s license information, admin notes, or internal platform records.

When crypto payments or payouts are enabled, wallet addresses may be collected and stored to facilitate platform transactions, payouts, refunds, or payment support. We do not intentionally link wallet addresses to personal identity beyond what is needed for platform operation, compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and payment records.

KEYPASS Drive may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain user sessions, remember preferences, secure accounts, improve platform performance, support analytics, and keep users signed in. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some platform features may not function properly.

We retain account data while your account is active or as needed to provide services. Trip records may be retained for up to 3 years for dispute, legal, accounting, fraud prevention, tax, and platform safety purposes. Certain records may be kept longer if required by law, payment processors, active disputes, investigations, or compliance obligations. You may request deletion of eligible personal data by contacting support.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@keypassdrive.com. Some requests may require identity verification. Some data may not be deleted immediately if it is needed for active trips, payment records, legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, or platform security.

KEYPASS Drive is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a minor has created an account or submitted personal data, we may delete the information and restrict the account.

We use industry-standard security practices designed to protect user information, including secure authentication, encrypted connections, restricted access, database protections, and server-side handling of sensitive keys. No system is 100% secure. Users should protect their login credentials, use strong passwords, and contact support if they suspect unauthorized access.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. If changes are material, we may notify users by email, platform notification, or visible notice on the site. Continued use of KEYPASS Drive after updates means you accept the updated policy.
